Testimonials

Writing

We had the pleasure of collaborating with Felicity to promote our work with Agile City on Civic House, a co-working studio, communal canteen and flexible events space. Felicity’s expertise and professionalism were evident from the outset. She took the time to understand the project and priorities for the commission, ensuring that the press release accurately reflected the innovative spirit and community focus of Civic House.

Her ability to craft a compelling narrative and her keen attention to detail resulted in a press release that effectively captured the essence of our work. This not only generated significant media interest but also helped us reach a wider audience and highlight the importance of community-driven architecture.

Felicity was a joy to work with—responsive, insightful, and highly skilled. We highly recommend her services to anyone looking to enhance their communications and media outreach. Her contribution was invaluable to the success of our project. Jane Briggs, business development manager, Collective Architecture

Jules Quested-Williams, founder and director, Built for Marketing

Felicity is a writer and communications strategist with a proven specialism in architecture and design. She came recommended to C2 Concepts because of her particular history and understanding of workplace design and her background in business development ‒ as well as her exceptional ability as a storyteller.

Working with us to create a new website and journal, she began by exploring our underlying business objectives, including how her thinking could also provide substance to our social media strategy. This allowed us to identify themes that would resonate with our target audiences, which Felicity translated into engaging narratives that showcased the quality and the breadth of our design diversity, thinking and creativity.

Felicity is fantastic to work with – demonstrating a real interest in our business and commitment to the projects, indeed helping us to understand what we are about. The website and journal have been instrumental in building our brand and attracting new clients and collaborators. Mark Alcorn, managing director, C2 Concepts

Training

We have been a longstanding customer of Felicity, having undertaken various workshops including Finding stories; creating narratives and more recently the Quick steps to better writing workshop. She is a great trainer and kept the team engaged throughout. Delegates felt inspired to put their training into practice, being able to produce and edit documents with confidence, and actively become better writers. Felicity also provided further material and advice to enable delegates to further their knowledge and continue enhancing their skills.  We highly recommend her to architects actively looking to enhance and upskill their people. Dr Izzy Williams, senior learning and development lead, Ryder Architecture

In January 2024, Felicity ran a writing skills workshop for our People Experience team. The workshop was excellent. Felicity has a professional approach and took the time to understand the precise needs of the group ahead of the session. This made the workshop very valuable from start to end.

Felicity was adept at sharing relevant examples and investing time in exploring questions that arose during the workshop. This interactive approach made a potentially dry topic thoroughly enjoyable and engaging. Everyone came away from the workshop with practical tools and techniques to support continued improvements in our written communications.
